How It Works:

1. Upload your image at checkout
You can upload your baby’s handprint directly when placing your order.

2. Image guidelines
For the best engraving result, please send a clear, sharp image — ideally a dark handprint on a white background.
We can often work with older or less perfect images, so please don’t worry if it’s not ideal.

3. Careful preparation
We professionally prepare your handprint for engraving, ensuring it translates beautifully onto the keyring while keeping it true to the original.

4. If needed, we will contact you
If for any reason we feel the image will not engrave to our high standards, we will contact you and offer a full refund — no risk to you.

5. Production time
Please allow 5 working days for image processing and engraving before your item is shipped.
