How It Works:

1.  Upload a clear photo of the handwriting at checkout.
(If you have any problems with your photo upload, email the image with your order number to: laura@angelofmine.co.uk).

2,  For the clearest engraving result, please upload a sharp, well-lit image of the handwriting — ideally dark writing on a light background. This allows us to capture every stroke beautifully. If your image isn’t perfect, don’t worry — we will always do our very best to work with what you have.

3.  We professionally prepare your engraving layout.
Due to the shape of the heart pendant, we may reposition the words slightly so they sit beautifully within the pendant — however, the handwriting itself will remain exactly as written.
If the writing is too fine, we will subtly thicken it for clarity without changing the actual handwriting style.

4.  You will receive one proof by email within 48 hours.

5.  Once you approve the proof, your necklace will be engraved within 24 hours.
