   You can send two separate prints or an image showing both prints together.

2. Image guidelines
   For the best engraving results, please send clear, sharp images — ideally dark footprints or handprints on a white background.
   We can often work with older or less perfect images, so please don’t worry if your prints are not ideal.
3. Careful preparation
   We professionally prepare each print for engraving, ensuring they translate beautifully onto the necklace while keeping them as true to the original prints as possible.
4. If needed, we will contact you
   If for any reason we feel an image will not engrave to our high standards, we will contact you and offer a full refund — no risk to you.
5. Production time
   Please allow 5 working days for image processing and engraving before your item is shipped.
